Retention.com was founded by Adam Robinson, Tate Blahnik, and Diana Ross - three email industry veterans who spent more than 15 years on the vendor side helping businesses connect with customers through data and marketing technology.
In 2019, we launched GetEmails, one of the first platforms to identify previously anonymous website visitors and turn that traffic into actionable email audiences. What started as a single product quickly evolved into Retention.com, helping thousands of companies better understand and re-engage their website visitors.
As we continued building, we realized the real opportunity wasn't just in the applications - it was in the identity and data powering them. In 2024, we launched RB2B, extending our technology into B2B by transforming anonymous website traffic into sales-ready leads and company intelligence.
Behind the scenes, every product we built contributed to something larger. For more than seven years, we've been continuously acquiring, enriching, and developing identity datasets that connect people, businesses, and digital activity across the web.
Today, Retention.com is evolving from a collection of point solutions into an identity and data company. We believe that as AI transforms how businesses operate, the need for accurate identity becomes even more critical. AI is only as powerful as the data that fuels it, and identity is the foundation that makes that data useful.
