The MUD/WTR team was looking for a tool to engage potential customers who landed on their site but didn’t convert — either by capturing their email or nurturing them further down the funnel. They were also looking for ways to improve their abandon (browse, cart, checkout) email flow performance.

Their challenges were:

  • Growing their email list and converting leads to subscribers to drive more revenue from paid traffic
  • Increase revenue for the brand
