Velocity: The MOST Important Metric for Your Business – WIP #20

If there’s one metric that most companies are not optimizing for, especially in the online retail space, it’s velocity. Not slow and steady growth, rapid growth. 🚀

Here’s 3 points to keep in mind with revenue growth:

Grow with velocity. Just grow faster. As long as you’re not setting yourself up for burnout, grow your business as fast as you can.  🏃

Velocity trumps revenue. You’re better off charging a lower price at first because you can always increase your prices.

Remove friction anywhere and everywhere that you can. Friction is sticky and by allowing it to stay around, you’ll end up being stuck instead of moving forward.
