You will not have access to your Script Status toggle until your Onboarding and Client Success team has approved your account to begin collecting contacts.
After this, you may turn your Retention.com collection script off at any time.
To turn off your script, click on your Dashboard and toggle the script On or Off.
Note that if you run out of contact records and Overages are Off, your script will automatically turn off until your monthly billing cycle starts over, at which point the script will automatically turn back on. If you run out of contact records and do not want to wait for your plan to reset, you can upgrade your subscription by reaching out to your Account rep to resume contact collection.
