How to change time zones

You can change the time zone in your account to match where you live.

Go to My Account > Account Details, and click the drop-down menu next to Time Zone to choose the correct one.


  • This only changes the time zone for newly collected contacts moving forward from the time it's changed.
  • Your billing time zone won't be changed, so your original billing time cycle will apply. However, we will show the timestamp for invoices under My Account > Billing in the time zone you've selected.
  • Note that your Dashboard's summary/graph data does not change based on the time zone you choose. For example, if a contact is collected at 2 a.m. EST (our default time zone) on Friday, it will be stored in the graph data for Friday. In this example, if your time zone is set to PST, the contact's collection timestamp would show as 11 p.m. on Thursday, but they will be grouped in with Friday's daily graph data.
