Parcelle Wines was looking to up their digital game in early 2021. Specifically, they wanted to accumulate a large email list of highly engaged email subscribers.
Parcelle had been accumulating opt-ins with web forms. Email was a highly lucrative channel for them, but it was impossible to scale as they were only converting 3.5% of their anonymous visitors to email addresses.
