This is Adam, Founder/CEO of CDP.id.
We believe that all companies are data companies, and that over the next 10 years publishers and brands will internalize that philosophy and start operating that way.
We see two things happening:
1) The increased adoption of CDP’s to create a 360 degree view of known and anonymous profiles,
and
2) A need to enrich those profiles with as much accurate, high-quality, compliant data as possible as AI/ML modeling transitions from a “nice to have” to a “can’t live without”.
We believe that data enrichment will evolve from a monthly/quarterly/yearly batch endeavor to a Real-Time business activity.
Reacting to behaviors that are happening in the here and now (and having more key data points on the people performing the actions) will become an ever more significant driver of results.
In order for that to happen, there needs to be a new type of data provider.
